Murway and Beseth Present at CMBA 43rd Annual Estate Planning Institute 2016
Carl A. Murway and H. William Beseth, III co-presented “Prenuptial Agreements, Treatment of Pre-Marital Assets, and Trust Interests in Divorce” at the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s 43rd Annual Estate Planning Institute 2016. Held on Oct. 28 at the CMBA headquarters in Cleveland, the daylong CLE seminar was sponsored by the CMBA Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Law Section.
Other topics presented that day included a federal law update, the Ohio ABLE Act, college planning with FASA and CSS Profiles, and utilizing ESOPs as an estate planning tool.
Murway represents clients in a variety of family law matters, including dissolution of marriage, divorce, custody and premarital agreements. His experience also includes complex business valuation issues, treatment of qualified and non-qualified retirement plan benefits, and analysis of complex executive compensation arrangements.
Beseth focuses his practice on estate planning, probate administration and trust administration. He provides counsel to individuals, families, small businesses and tax-exempt organizations. He is certified as an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) designee by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC).
