Morgan Discusses Federal Practice in The Indiana Lawyer
Taft’s Donnie Morgan authored the article “IndyBar: Federal Practice in the Southern District of Indiana,” which was published in The Indiana Lawyer on Aug. 16. In the article, Morgan shares strategies for practicing in the Southern District of Indiana.
Morgan is a member of Taft’s appellate practice and its public law team. He has experience at all levels of the federal and Indiana judicial systems—including work on appeals before the U.S. Supreme Court and the Indiana Supreme Court. He has served as lead counsel for parties or amici in dozens of appeals and served as the principal briefing author in others. He currently serves on the Seventh Circuit’s Advisory Committee on Circuit Rules, as second vice president of the Seventh Circuit Bar Association, and as a vice president of the Indianapolis Bar Association.
