Menyhart to Present at America China Society of Indiana Business Conference
Taft partner Russell Menyhart will present “Briefing on China’s 19th Party Congress” at the American China Society of Indiana Business Conference on Nov. 14. The half-day, outbound-focused event will feature presentations on China’s economic outlook, an update on China’s nineteenth Party Congress, ecommerce and a panel on the opportunities and challenges for Hoosier companies in China.
Menyhart focuses his practice on complex litigation and international legal issues. A former diplomat with extensive international experience and fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Menyhart assists U.S. and foreign clients with international legal issues, including dispute resolution, export control compliance and immigration. His litigation practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including appellate and constitutional matters. Menyhart also leads Taft’s social enterprise practice, working with benefit corporations and impact investors.
