Taft attorneys Julia Meister and Casey Cantrell Swartz will speak at the 2013 Midwest Regional Bankruptcy Seminar, which will take place Aug. 22-23 in Cincinnati. Meister will participate in a panel discussion on the “Ohio Legacy Trust Act and Amendments to the Receivership Statute.” Swartz will moderate a session on “Creditors’ Committees: Thorny Issues and Recent Developments.”

Swartz and Taft partner Tim Hurley are on the executive committee for the seminar.
