McMahon to Present at Harvard Law School Association of Cincinnati
Taft partner Arthur F. McMahon, III will present "The Internet and Securities Regulation" at the Harvard Law School Association of Cincinnati luncheon on March 11 at The University Club in Cincinnati.
McMahon is co-chair of the firm’s Capital Markets & Public Companies group. He advises boards of directors and senior management of public companies on corporate governance and securities matters, including internal and governmental investigations, accounting restatements, FCPA and other anti-corruption matters, major business combinations and compliance with SEC and stock exchange requirements. He is also an adjunct professor of law at the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he teaches courses in Securities Regulation and Corporate Governance.
