Taft partner Rob McDonald will serve as a panelist at the 3 Rivers Venture Fair which will be held April 2-3 in Pittsburgh. He will speak at the session titled “The Secret of Success for Startups: Navigating the Fundraising Lifecycle.”

McDonald counsels both public and private companies on matters ranging from day-to-day corporate matters to complex mergers and acquisitions, securities and venture capital work. He also represents government entities, research institutions and sports franchises, partnering with their leaders to understand and achieve the organization’s goals.
