McDonald is an active member of the community and a steadfast supporter of Greater Cincinnati. Rob is the Immediate Past Chair of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra and ACG Cincinnati. He also serves on the Boards of the Interlex Group, the League of American Orchestras, InnovateOhio, the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce, and Main Street Ventures.
