McCullers is an environmental attorney whose practice focuses on remediation and brownfield redevelopment, environmental compliance, wetlands and other environmental permitting, and health and safety matters for developers, lenders, and other stakeholders. Before entering private practice, he served as a Natural Resources Specialist with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he conducted environmental compliance inspections, issued Clean Water Act permits, and helped manage federal lands and natural resources.
