McCready Joins Taft’s Environmental and Litigation Groups
Taft is pleased to announce that Ann O’Connor McCready has joined Taft’s Environmental and Litigation practice groups in the firm’s Indianapolis office. McCready focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation, including disputes stemming from commercial general liability claims, professional liability claims and property claims. Her practice also includes litigation involving toxic tort and products liability claims for personal injury caused by toxic or hazardous materials.
Prior to joining private practice in Indianapolis, McCready spent four years as an associate attorney at Tressler LLP in Chicago. She graduated from George Washington University, magna cum laude, with a degree in journalism and earned her J.D., cum laude, from Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school, McCready was the editor-in-chief of the Federal Communications Law Journal and a law clerk for the Honorable E. Michael Hoff on the Monroe County Circuit Court.
