Taft attorney Ann O’Connor McCready has been appointed vice chair of the American Bar Association’s Toxic Torts and Environmental Law Committee, part of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS).

McCready is an associate in Taft’s Indianapolis office and a member of the firm’s Environmental and Litigation groups. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage litigation, including disputes stemming from environmental claims.
