Taft Minneapolis IP Attorneys Host INTA Roundtable

Taft Intellectual Property attorney Hannah Lutz will host the International Trademark Association and North America Roundtable at Taft Minneapolis on Jan. 28. The program “Annual Case Law Review” will provide insights for IP practitioners on key trademark decisions at the federal and district court levels, as well as at the U.S. Supreme Court. Co-presenters Theodore Gelderman and Hannah Fereshtehkhou will join Lutz in discussing how these cases impact the IP landscape.

Lutz is a member of Taft’s Intellectual Property group and focuses her practice on trademark and copyright matters. She counsels clients in all areas of trademark portfolio management, and on trademark clearance searches in the U.S. and abroad. In addition, Lutz advises clients regarding copyright protection, licensing, domain issues, UDRP proceedings, advertising and branding online and on social media, advertising claims, talent and influencer agreements, publicity rights, contests, sweepstakes, and promotions.

Gelderman is also a member of Taft’s Intellectual Property group and focuses his practice on all aspects of intellectual property law, including trademark litigation, prosecution, and counseling, copyright and patent matters, and corporate due diligence matters.

Fereshtehkhou is also a member of Taft’s Intellectual Property group. Her practice involves all facets of IP litigation with a focus on trademark and unfair competition cases. She leverages her strong research and writing skills and her experience working on trademark prosecution and early enforcement matters to bring a well-rounded perspective to her work.
