Lutz to Host INTA Annual Case Law Review Roundtable

Taft attorney Hannah Lutz will host the International Trademark Association North America (INTA) Roundtable Annual Case Law Review on Jan. 29 at Taft Minneapolis. The program will cover key insights from the previous year. INTA’s North American Annual Case Law Review sessions are held each year in various cities across the United States. Presenters discuss what intellectual property practitioners need to know about key 2025 trademark decisions at the federal and district court levels.

The International Trademark Association North America (INTA) is a global association of brand owners and professionals dedicated to supporting trademarks and complementary intellectual property (IP) to foster consumer trust, economic growth, and innovation, and committed to building a better society through brands. Their membership comprises more than 6,600 organizations from 182 jurisdictions and represent nearly 38,000 professionals, including brand owners from major corporations, small- and medium-sized enterprises, law firms, and nonprofits.
