Lowe Participates in Transatlantic Conference

Cleveland partner Bruce J.L. Lowe participated in the 2019 Transatlantic Conference of the British-American Business Network. The program, held in Birmingham, England on June 26-27, was hosted by Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, the Greater Birmingham Transatlantic Chamber of Commerce, the British-American Business Council, and Mills & Reeve.

The conference drew an audience of 200 senior business executives, government officials and academics, and provided guidance to their transatlantic businesses.

Lowe, in his capacity as chair of the British-American Business Council, provided welcome remarks that ushered in the conference topics:

  • Key Takeaways from GDPR Fines
  • BREXIT: Current State of Play
  • Canada is Open for Business
  • The UK-US Relationship

Lowe concentrates his practice in business bankruptcy, creditor’s rights law and commercial litigation. He received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University in England. He is a Barrister-at-Law of the Middle Temple, having graduated from the Inns of Court School of Law in London, England.
