Lowe Participates in Oxford University's Leadership in Law and Practice Conference
Taft Cleveland partner Bruce J.L. Lowe participated in the annual Leadership in Law and Practice Conference sponsored by the ABA Section of International Law and The Law Society. The conference was held at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England on June 30-July 3. Attendees included barristers from the United Kingdom, Germany and the United States, as well as three supreme court justices.
The conference highlighted key analysis of important global issues ranging from outlooks for the United Kingdom and the European Union over the next 12 months, to the prospects for future United Kingdom relations with Europe and the United States, to determining a longer-term perspective on how future developments will influence corporations and clients.
Lowe focuses his practice on international law, business bankruptcy, creditor’s rights law and commercial litigation. He received his B.A. and M.A. degrees from St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University in England. He is a Barrister-at-Law of the Middle Temple, having graduated from the Inns of Court School of Law in London, England.
