Law360 recently highlighted Matt Carlucci’s return to the firm. Matt rejoined the firm’s corporate practice in Washington, D.C., and will become a partner following the upcoming merger with Taft.

Matt focuses on middle-market M&A, venture financings, and strategic transactions for technology and emerging company clients.
