Law Publishes Article in The Indiana Lawyer on Recent Digital Property Valuation Decision
Taft attorney Adam Law authored the article “Zany Zillow ‘Zestimates’ Zing Homeowners,” which was published in the April 3 issue of The Indiana Lawyer. The article discusses the recent 7th Circuit Court of Appeals ruling in Patel, et al. v. Zillow that Zillow’s Zestimate valuation tools are merely estimates and presented as opinions, ending the nearly three-year consumer fraud action.
Law is a member of Taft’s Real Estate and Business & Finance groups and represents clients in all aspects of the acquisition, financing, construction, development, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate. His practice also includes general corporate counseling, as well as complex business and commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, divestitures and corporate financing.
