The Board of Regents is the governing authority of Saint Ignatius High School. Board duties include developing and establishing policy for the school; providing oversight for the school’s educational mission and Catholic tradition; assessing the performance of the President and senior staff; overseeing the school’s financial viability and its physical plant; and supporting the school financially. Saint Ignatius High School is a Catholic Jesuit private high school founded in 1886.

Larsen is firmwide co-chair of Taft’s Commercial Litigation practice and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. She is experienced in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including litigation for media clients regarding First Amendment issues, and bankruptcy litigation in creditors’ rights matters.
