Large Partner Class Reflects Taft Atlanta’s Growth Strategy, Malko Tells Law360
Simon Malko told legal publication Law360 Pulse that being able to elect 12 attorneys to the partnership reflects the growth of both the firm and its clients. Malko noted that welcoming Taft Atlanta’s largest partnership class ever reflects the firm’s success in strategic planning.
“We have increased demand for lawyers at the young partner level because our clients are growing and we’ve been intentional about recruiting and training young talent to make this next career move with us,” Malko said. He also detailed efforts to nurture diversity.
