Krivda to Present at the 2013 Municipal Law Institute
Columbus partner Pamela S. Krivda will be a featured speaker at the Ohio Municipal Attorneys Association 2013 Municipal Law Institute to be held July 25-26 at the Marriott Northwest in Dublin, Ohio. She will present “Employment Update and Conducting Effective Internal Public Employer Investigations” on July 26. All speakers will discuss current topics of interest to municipal lawyers.
The two-day program will award six hours of general CLE and is expected to draw more than 100 attorneys.
Krivda focuses her practice on representing and defending public and private employers in all aspects of employment and labor relations matters, including defense in harassment, discrimination and other employment-related lawsuits and administrative proceedings; negotiation of collective bargaining agreements and advice on collective bargaining interpretation and application. She was recognized as one of the “Top 50 Ohio Women Super Lawyers 2013” and “Top 25 Columbus Women Super Lawyers 2013.” She is also board certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in the practice of labor and employment law.
