Kosc to Discuss California Privacy Rights Act at IndyBar Event
Taft partner Jeffrey Kosc will present, “U.S. Privacy Law Update: The California Privacy Rights Act” at the IndyBar hybrid event on Nov. 11. The program will provide a review of the latest updates to U.S. privacy laws while highlighting the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020, which expands existing data privacy laws by allowing consumers greater authority over their personal data and establishing a new privacy protection agency.
