Taft is pleased to announce that Jeffrey Kosc and Ann O’Connor McCready have been selected as 2018 Leadership in Law honorees by the Indiana Lawyer. Kosc has been named a Distinguished Barrister, and McCready has been named an Up and Coming Lawyer. Both attorneys were featured in a special Leadership in Law issue on May 9.

The Indiana Lawyer annually honors Indiana attorneys who make meaningful contributions not only to the legal profession but to their communities and beyond. The Distinguished Barrister and Up and Coming Lawyer Awards honor such members of the legal community.

Kosc is a partner in Taft’s Intellectual Property practice group. He focuses on transactional and litigation matters relating to intellectual property, information technology, data security, privacy, e-commerce, telecommunications, and advertising, sweepstakes and promotions.

McCready is an associate in Taft’s Litigation and Environmental practice groups. Her litigation experience spans a variety of areas, including business and contract disputes, complex environmental and toxic tort litigation, intellectual property disputes, products liability claims, and securities litigation.
