Kissel Quoted in Indiana Lawyer Article on Tax Reform and Estate Planning
Taft partner Rick Kissel was quoted in the Indiana Lawyer article “Tax reform creates uncertainty for estate, wealth planning,” which was published on Feb. 21. The article discusses changes to the federal estate/gift tax and how the new legislation will impact wealth management.
Kissel focuses his practice on the areas of estate, business succession and charitable planning and gifting, as well as tax, corporate transactions, buy-sell agreements, employee benefits and other matters affecting closely-held businesses. He has advised corporate executives, owners of closely-held businesses and other individuals on a variety of domestic and international tax issues and has also been involved in the creation of numerous publicly supported charities and private foundations.
