Taft partner Jeff Kirk will speak at the Indiana CPA Society’s Corporate Finance Forum on June 18. His presentation is titled “Legal Insights: Navigating Contracts, Capital, and Compliance,” and it will discuss his background representing privately held companies, FAQs he receives from financial executives and employees, and common documents such as vendor contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and employee contracts that cross his desk frequently.

Kirk is a co-chairman of Taft’s Venture Capital practice group. He focuses his practice on representing high-growth, expansion stage companies, structuring private equity and venture capital finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and complex technology transactions.
