Kirk to Serve on Program and Trends Committee of the Indiana Chamber’s Indiana Technology and Innovation Council
Taft attorney Jeffrey J. Kirk, II has been invited to serve on the Indiana Chamber of Commerce's Program and Trends Committee of the Indiana Technology and Innovation Council. The goal of the committee is to advise, develop and impact programming and event priorities to support the Indiana Technology and Innovation Council.
Kirk is a partner and co-chair of Taft’s Venture Capital group. He focuses his practice on representing high-growth, expansion stage companies, structuring private equity and venture capital finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions and complex technology transactions.
