John F. Kennedy, together with the trial team of Cary E. Donham, Susan Poll-Klaessy, Tim Eaton, and outside counsel Deborah Cole, secured an arbitration award in the amount of $4.7 million in a dispute involving the rights and obligations of a coal mine operator under a coal mine lease.
