Kennedy and Trial Team Secure a $10.4 Million Judgment in Coverage Dispute in 2011
John F. Kennedy, together with the trial team of Cary E. Donham and Susan Poll-Klaessy, secured a $10.4 million judgment in a coverage dispute against National Union, an affiliate of AIG, following a bench trial before Judge John W.
