Julia Meister, partner in Taft’s Litigation Practice Group, will speak at the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Committee Meeting on April 10. The program title is "Uniform Guardianship Jurisdiction and Protective Proceedings Act."  Ms. Meister was a member of the drafting committee for this proposed statute.
