Taft Minneapolis partner James Jorissen was quoted in an article by the Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal about U.S. Bank being the largest unsecured creditor for Diamond Sports Group after they recently filed for bankruptcy. Jorissen provides insight on the unlikelihood “that U.S. Bank will take a $1.8 billion hit in the bankruptcy case as U.S. Bank was presumably acting as an indenture trustee for the note holders.” Read the full article here (subscription required).
