Johnson Selected as Member of IndyBar’s Bar Leader Series Steering Committee
Taft attorney B. Ronan Johnson has been selected as a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s (IndyBar) Bar Leader Series Steering Committee. The committee manages the IndyBar’s annual Bar Leader Series, which develops lawyers for future opportunities in leadership roles in business and legal communities. Johnson was a Bar Leader Series XII participant 2014-2015.
Johnson is a member of the firm's Business and Finance group. His practice primarily focuses on providing general corporate advice to local companies and representing private equity funds, large multi-national corporations, family-held businesses and individuals in complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations.
Johnson graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics in 2002. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2009, where he served as an associate editor of the Journal of Law & Policy.
