Johnson Named to IBJ’s Forty Under 40
Taft attorney B. Ronan Johnson is among those honored with the Indianapolis Business Journal’s Forty Under 40 Award for 2016. Johnson is a member of Taft's Business & Finance group and represents private equity funds, large multi-national corporations and closely-held and family-owned businesses in complex transactions involving mergers, acquisitions and recapitalizations. He also advises growth stage and mature companies in connection with securing debt and equity financing and counsels business clients on general corporate matters.
Johnson is a graduate of the IndyBar Bar Leader Series (Class XII) and a member of the 2014 Class of IU Health Methodist Hospital’s Inspiring Leaders. He was a finalist for Indy’s Best & Brightest in 2015. Johnson graduated from the University of California at San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics in 2002. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 2009, where he served as an associate editor of the Journal of Law & Policy.
