Taft attorney Cara M. Johnson has been elected to the 2015 Young Professionals of Central Indiana Board of Directors and will serve as the philanthropy chair.

Johnson is a member of Taft’s Business & Finance group. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work, including working on private equity transactions, drafting and reviewing agreements, handling entity maintenance matters, and working with start-up companies.

Johnson is a member of the American Lung Association’s Indiana Lung Force Women’s Cabinet and serves as secretary for Friends of Riley, a group of young professionals committed to supporting Riley Children’s Foundation.
