Jindal Helps Elementary School Foundation Achieve 501(c)(3) Status
Taft attorney Sonya S. Jindal was recognized in the Mt. Washington Elementary School newsletter for her significant pro bono contributions to Mt. Washington School Foundation and the volunteer work she did to obtain 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status for the foundation.
Jindal concentrates her practice on a broad range of tax matters, including state and federal tax planning and civil and white collar criminal tax litigation. She has experience in all aspects of tax planning and dispute work, including corporate acquisitions and dispositions, spin-offs, financings, joint ventures and partnerships, tax-exempt organizations, restructurings, real estate, financial products, executive compensation and employee benefits, personal tax planning for closely-held businesses and individuals, and cross-border transactions.
