Jennings Joins The National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40
Taft Dayton associate Jordan Jennings recently accepted an invitation for membership in The National Black Lawyers – Top 40 Under 40. In order to be considered for this membership, a candidate must have an outstanding reputation among the legal community, notable achievements and verdicts as a lawyer, and must be nominated for the position. The NBL then hand-selects influential lawyers who have a reputation for providing excellent legal representation and who are leaders in their respective practice areas.

Jennings focuses her practice on privacy & data security matters. Specifically, she focuses on the collection, processing, sharing, transferring and retention of personal data domestically and abroad. She has experience negotiating data processing and sharing agreements for companies in various countries, including those located in the European Union, United Kingdom, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. Jennings also has experience advising clients on compliance requirements under various comprehensive data privacy laws, such as the GDPR and UK GDPR, federal privacy regulations, along with state laws governing personally identifiable information.
