Jarecki honored in the Dayton Bar Association’s Bar Briefs as a Rising Star
Taft attorney JP Jarecki was recently honored in the Dayton Bar Association’s Bar Briefs as a Rising Star. Jarecki was featured with his wife in the March/April 2026 issue of the magazine. The couple was nominated together in a showcase of their individual talents as professionals as well as their partnership navigating the legal community as young attorneys. Jarecki is an adjunct professor of law at the University of Dayton School of Law, and he continues his editorial work as a member of the Editorial Board of the Dayton Bar Association’s Bar Briefs magazine. Additionally, Jarecki is affiliated with the Carl Kessler Inn of Court where he continues to strengthen his skills as an attorney.

Jarecki is an associate in Taft’s Dayton office and focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Prior to joining Taft, he gained valuable legal experience serving as a judicial extern to the Hon. Chief Judge Algenon L. Marbley, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and as a judicial extern to the Hon. Judge Guy R. Humphrey, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
