Taft Minneapolis is excited to welcome Jon Levy to the firm as a partner focusing on investment management clients. 

Levy brings his decades of experience in advising investment managers, investment companies, and institutional investors on securities and corporate law. He has significant experience in investment management, public-company disclosure, public mergers and acquisitions, and other change-in-control and strategic transactions. Prior to joining Taft, Levy served as senior counsel in the Enforcement Division of the Securities Exchange Commission’s South East Regional Office. Levy often speaks and writes on the topics of securities law, asset management, fiduciary duties, and more. At his prior firm, he co-authored several “Investment Management Updates.”
