Hutchinson and Sedinger to Host INTA Roundtable
Taft attorneys Victoria Sedinger and Garrett Hutchinson will host the International Trademark Association North America Roundtable titled Enforcement: AI and Fair Use. The program will be held on Oct. 28 at Taft Indianapolis. The program will cover Intellectual Property Ownership in Artificial Intelligence (AI), AI and the Fair Use Doctrine, recent cases regarding company rights in AI, and potential legislative changes.

Sedinger is an attorney in Taft’s Intellectual Property practice group in Indianapolis. She has experience in trademark clearance, trademark prosecution and enforcement, copyright and infringement matters, and drafting intellectual property agreements. She advises clients at each step of building, maintaining, and protecting their trademark portfolios. Her practice focuses on trademark prosecution, trademark clearance, and IP enforcement. Sedinger’s work ranges from helping her clients select and file trademarks to handling TTAB matters. She also has experience drafting and administering IP licenses for clients.
Hutchinson is an attorney in Taft’s Intellectual Property practice group in Indianapolis. He advises clients at each step of building, maintaining, and protecting their intellectual property (IP) portfolios. His practice focuses on trademark and copyright prosecution, trademark clearance, IP enforcement and litigation, WIPO UDRP proceedings, sweepstakes law, and the right of publicity. Hutchinson’s work ranges from helping his clients select and file trademarks to handling complex IP litigation and TTAB matters. He also has experience drafting and administering IP licenses for clients and assisting in preparing IP valuation reports for tax purposes, assessing civil damages, and transactional purposes.
