Taft partner Samuel Hodson will speak at the Steven H. Ancel Annual Bankruptcy Institute (sponsored by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum) on Dec. 8. Hodson will moderate a panel on the topic of “Recent Supreme Court Cases and Developments in Bankruptcy Litigation.”

Hodson focuses his practice on debt restructuring, refinancing, workouts and turnarounds. He represents troubled companies and the individuals who own and are employed by them. His insolvency work includes representation of debtors, creditors, receivers, unsecured creditors’ committees and trustees in both federal and state courts.
