Taft partner Samuel Hodson will present at the Indiana State Bar Association Annual Meeting in French Lick on Oct. 8. He will co-present "2015 Developments in Indiana Insolvency Law" as part of a panel discussion of notable recent cases and legislation involving secured transactions, creditors' rights, bankruptcy and wealth protection planning.
