Taft partner Sam Hodson has been elected to a third term to the American Board of Certification’s Board of Directors. The American Board of Certification is a national organization dedicated to improving the quality of bankruptcy lawyers by certifying practitioners in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.

Hodson is a partner in Taft’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring practice group and focuses on debt restructuring, refinancing, workouts, and bankruptcy. He has extensive experience representing debtors, creditors, trustees, and receivers inside and outside bankruptcy. Hodson also serves as president of the Indiana chapter of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA Indiana).
