Taft partner Sam Hodson authored the article “ABC Panel at ASM Covers Ethics Competence and Standard of Care,” which was published in the August 2019 issue of the ABI Journal. The article discusses duties of bankruptcy lawyers after the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act (BAPCPA). 

Hodson focuses his practice on debt restructuring, refinancing, workouts and turnarounds. He represents troubled companies and the individuals who own and are employed by them. His insolvency work includes representation of debtors, creditors, receivers, unsecured creditors’ committees and trustees in both federal and state courts.
