Taft attorneys Samuel D. Hodson, John R. Humphrey and Andrew T. Kight will speak at the Steven H. Ancel Annual Bankruptcy Institute sponsored by the Indiana Continuing Legal Education Forum (ICLEF) on Dec. 17-18. Hodson and Humphrey will be panelists for the session titled “Recent Developments in Bankruptcy Litigation,” and Kight will be a panelist for the session titled “Overview of the Report from the ABI Commission to Study the Reform of Chapter 11.”
