Taft attorney Sam Hodson has been elected treasurer for the Indiana Association for Corporate Renewal. The organization provides educational programs, professional development opportunities and business development and networking functions.

Hodson is a partner in Taft’s Business Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Credit Rights practice group and focuses his practice on debt restructuring, refinancing, workouts and turnarounds. He represents troubled companies and the individuals who own and are employed by them. His insolvency work includes representation of debtors, creditors, receivers, unsecured creditors’ committees and trustees in both federal and state courts.
