Hodson Elected President of Turnaround Management Association, Indiana Chapter
Taft partner Sam Hodson has been elected president of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA), Indiana Chapter. TMA is a non-profit global organization in the turnaround, restructuring, and corporate health space. It hosts programs which provide both education and networking opportunities for lawyers, accountants, bankers, auctioneers, and other restructuring professionals.
Hodson focuses his practice on debt restructuring, refinancing, workouts, and turnarounds. He represents troubled companies and the individuals who own and are employed by them. His insolvency work includes representation of debtors, creditors, receivers, unsecured creditors’ committees, and trustees in both federal and state courts.
