Taft partner Sam Hodson co-authored the article "Customer Claim Priority in Commodity Broker Bankruptcies," which was published in the August 2016 issue of ABI Journal.
Hodson focuses his practice on debt restructuring, refinancing, workouts and turnarounds. He represents troubled companies and the individuals who own and are employed by them. His work in the insolvency area also includes representation of debtors, creditors, receivers, unsecured creditors’ committees and trustees in both federal and state courts.
