Taft attorney Manny Herceg was quoted in the article “Why Greater Lafayette is filing lawsuits against opioid industry, and how they can succeed,” which was published in the Journal & Courier on March 23.  Taft is representing Tippecanoe County, in addition to numerous cities, towns and counties in Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky, in the lawsuits against opioid manufacturers and distributors as part of a consortium of several law firms engaged in the effort.
