Taft partner Manny Herceg has been selected as a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Herceg is a part of the firm’s commercial, M&A, and class action litigation practices. Herceg is a litigator and trial lawyer who maintains a high-impact national practice representing corporate entities, executives, and public institutions in federal and state courts across the country. He regularly leads complex, high-value litigation involving high-end commercial and contract disputes, shareholder battles, and mass tort and product liability defense.

The Litigation Counsel of America is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society established to reflect the new face of the American bar. Membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
