Taft attorney Manny Herceg was quoted in two Kokomo Tribune articles regarding a challenge to Kokomo Common Council President Bob Hayes’ candidacy:

• “Election Board to rule on ‘validity’ of Hayes challenge,” published Feb. 27.
• “Election Board dismisses challenge to Hayes candidacy,” published Feb. 28.

At a previous Howard County Election Board meeting, Herceg argued that the challenge did not meet the legal requirements of the statute. On Feb. 28, the board voted unanimously to dismiss the challenge.
