Taft attorney Manny Herceg has been selected to serve as vice president of the Indianapolis Bar Association’s Board of Directors. He has served on the board since 2016 and has been actively involved with the IBA including as a member and chair of the Pro Bono Standing Committee, and serving on the Bar Leader Series Steering Committee, the Nominating Committee, and as an IndyBar Review Lecturer for Administrative Law. He is also a graduate of the Bar Leader Series XII Class.

Herceg is an experienced litigator who routinely represents individuals, companies and municipalities in state and federal courts and represents dozens of municipalities throughout Indiana in lawsuits against manufacturers and distributors of opioids. He also focuses his practice on all matters facing municipalities throughout the state.
