Herceg and Ulbricht to Speak at Municipal Law Seminar
Taft attorneys Manny Herceg and Ashley Ulbricht will present “Back to Basics” at the Municipal Law Seminar XXXIX being held June 23-24 in Indianapolis. The conference is hosted by Aim and the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association and is designed to keep local government attorneys informed of important legislative and case-law changes.

Herceg is an experienced litigator and public sector lawyer. He routinely represents companies and municipalities in state and federal trial courts across the country in business and contract disputes, corporate governance disputes, class action defense, injunctive relief, and a variety of business tort and related matters, including director and officer liability issues. Herceg also advises cities, towns, and counties on compliance, procurement, economic development, election disputes, and other matters.
Ulbricht focuses her municipal practice on litigation with a concentration on redevelopment, real estate, utility and telecommunications, zoning and planning, land use, construction project management, music and movie licensing, code enforcement litigation, public safety discipline, contract negotiation, and employment law. She is the Indiana State Chair for the International Municipal Lawyers Association and is a member of the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association and serves on its litigation committee.
