Heck to Speak During Cincy AI Week
Taft partner Zachary Heck will participate in two sessions at the 2026 Cincy AI Week conference, taking place June 9–11, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Heck will present during “The State of AI Policy, Privacy, and Compliance in the United States,” a session within the AI Leadership track on Tuesday, June 9, from 9:40–10:00 a.m. on the Transept Main Stage. This session will address the current state of AI policy and privacy regulation at the federal and state levels, examining what compliance looks like for organizations operating in a rapidly shifting legal environment.
Heck will also present during “Understanding the Landscape of AI and Cyber Regulations,” a session within the AI Security track on Tuesday, June 9, from 1:00–2:00 p.m. at The Library (Transept Breakout). The session will offer attendees a comprehensive look at the evolving regulatory environment governing AI and cybersecurity, helping organizations navigate compliance obligations as the legal landscape continues to develop.
Heck counsels clients who are developing and evaluating cutting-edge technology relating to artificial intelligence and machine learning. Much of Heck’s AI practice assists clients in assessing and mitigating risk associated with the use and deployment of AI models and systems. Coupled with his experience representing clients in privacy and data security matters, Heck is uniquely positioned to identify AI governance solutions that address regulatory requirements and further internal objectives.
